Briefing Pointers: –
1. Sma ke wallet se nsdl branding kit ka amount deduct hua hai to sma ko guide karna hai wo sma nsdl bank ka B.O hai or wah sma apne customer ke account ki statement, account details or customer ki bak account me email id bhi chage kaa sakta hai 45 days me sma ki shop ki branding bhi hogi
3. ⁠UPI Cash point ke error ki call me sabse pahle upi cash point not eligible wali sheet me check karna hai or agar sheet me hai to sma ko guide karna hai ki abhi aap service ka use nhi kar payenge agar sma ki id us sheet me nhi hai to ybl active inactive sheet me check karna hai or id ke aage jo status h wo follow karna hai
4. UPI Cash pointer service me agar SMA ko sma ko invalid QR ka error aa raha hai to sma google pay,phonepe,spice pay se kar raha hoga to wah nhi kar payega
5. ⁠ FTR ki call me payment mode nhi puchhna hai
6. Vpa id does not exist error me agar app update karne ke baad bhi same issue hai to ya highlight karna hai
7. ⁠upi cash point transaction check process need to be brief in b2b

Agar is bank FTR ki koi in TAT ya out of TAT ki call aati hai jaahan par amount clear nhi hua to aaj day end tak ka wait karna hai

IOB (Indian Overseas bank)
SRCG (Saraswat Bank)

In 3 bank me SMA FTR amount deposit nhi kar sakta hai
