YBL Error: – Agent not present in registered location

NSDL Error: – 00W8 and error description INVALID GEO CODE

Yah error SMA ko Aeps transaction karte time ayega jo ki error b2b aeps summery me bhi show karega.

Error Reason :- Bank ne apni taraf se RBI ke guidline ke anusaar 20 KM ki geofencing limit lagai hai

Script: – Priye Adhikari ji, RBI ki guideline ke karan bank ne apke address se 20 KM ke redious lagaya hai aap sirf apni location ke 20 KM se radios me hi transaction kar payenge.

Solution: –

 Step 1: –  SMA ko jis aggregator me yah error aa raha hai us aggregator ko dusre aggregator me shift kar dega aur on call transaction kara kr check karayega.
Note : Agar YBL par error aa raha hai to SMA ka aggregator YBLN par shift karna hai issue resolve ho jayega or on call SMA se check karn a hai

 Step 2: – SMA apni location par hai but usko still error aa raha hai to agent ko Nimbus FTP me sheet check karni hai aur sheet me SMA ko uska “Longitude and Latitude” (Latlong)” share karna hai aur niche likhi script follow karni hai
Sheet Location :- 
Open “FTP”
Folder Name “Geo Fencing”
File Name “NSDL Geo Fencing Bank U
File ko copy karke apne system pe paste karen file open ho jayegi.

Agar SMA ko Geo Location check kar liya hai lekin or SMA usi location par hai to niche likhi complaint raise karni hai aur SMA ko guide karna hai ki sir apki location for se registered kara rahe hai aur yah 1 baar hi register hoti hai. aage se aap isi location se transaction kijiyega.

Tagging:-

Sub Outcome: – SMA wants to reset his LATLONG.

Agar SMA ki Aeps ki transaction YBL se ho rahi hai lekin SMA ko Aadhar pay ki transaction karne me error “Your LATLONG is not present in our database”.

Solution: –
SMA ki niche likhi tagging karni hai or SMA ko 24 hours ka TAT share karna hai.

DMT Issue: –

DMT With Sender E-KYC in web: – Jin SMA ne pahle hi customer ko as a sender add kara hua tha or uska sender E-KYC unhi customer ki DMT SMA kar sakta hai
Note: – Only Through Web and app ke liye sender kyc wale customers ke liye SMA ko monday eod ka TAT share karna hai.

DMT with new Sender in web: – Jo SMA abhi sender add karke DMT karega ya fir sender added hai but sender kyc nhi hai to uske liye SMA ko “Today EOD” ka TAT share karna hai.

DMT in App: – SMA sender add karke DMT karna chahta hai ya fir sender ki e-kyc bhi karna chahta hai to uske liye SMA ko “Wednesday EOD” ka TAT share karna hai.

DMT New Limit: –

Sender E-KYC Charges :- INR. 10
New DMT Limit :- 5000 or every 5000 ki transaction OTP based hogi.

No Investment Account:-

Agent ko SMA ID ka status YBL Active-Inactive sheet me check karna hai or sheet me inactive hai to activation ki request leni hai.

Agar Soft blocking main hai to soft blocking ki request leni hai
