This is to inform on the recent transaction velocity checks of State Bank of India and Union Bank of India with RC 16/ U 16 .
State Bank of India– Bank is declining the transactions with amount exceeding Rs 2000 before 8 AM and after 8 PM with RC 16/U 16 i.e “eFRM Rule-RISK THRESHOLD EXCEEDED. Please try after 30 Mins”.
Union Bank of India– Bank is accepting the transactions amounting upto Rs 5000 , whereas transactions above Rs 5000 are declining with RC 16/U 16 i.e “eFRM Rule-RISK THRESHOLD EXCEEDED. Please try after 30 Mins”.

Error :- Transaction failed; Declined with RISK THRESHOLD EXCEEDED error. Please retry after sometime.
Solution :- Agar SMA ko yah error aa raha hai tk SMA ki id soft block sheet me pr ybl active-inactive sheet me check karna hai agar id soft block me hai to sma ka soft block ka process follow karna hai agar soft block me nhi hai to customer ki bank ki limit consume ho gyi customer ko bank se contact karna ho
Agar SMA ek hi account se baar baar transaction kar raha hai aur usko risk threshold ka error ata hai to use neeche likhi line guide karni hai
“Agar aap ek hi baar same adhaar se transaction karenge to bank side se block ho jayga, kripya pahli transaction agar fail hoti hai to uske 30 min baad dubara try karenge “
Note – हमें एग्रीगेटर बदलने की जरूरत है और SMA को फिर से प्रयास करने के लिए कहना होगा। अगर SMA को दोनों एग्रीगेटर में एक ही त्रुटि मिल रही है तो हम SMA को सूचित करेंगे कि NPCI की ओर से ID को ब्लॉक किया जा सकता है.

Solution: – SMA ko yah error NSDL se aeps karte time aata hai SMA ki ID ko YBL active-inactive sheet me check karna hai. Agar SMA sheet me active hai to SMA ka aggregator change karna hai YBL main on call or on call hi check karna hai

Note :- Aeps service ko use karne me aeps service block show ho rahi hai aur SMA ( Araria, Purnia, Uttar Dinajpur & Kishanganj ) se belong karta hai.

Q 6 :- if SMA is getting Error During Aeps Cash-Withdrawal :-
- This is an error from the bank…one of their license is expired and they need to renew this,
- inform the SMA , That- this is not the error from spice money…it’s only from the bank and spice money will not be able to correct this
- If the sma does any other bank transaction then it will go through , But this bank has to rectify and not us

Q 7 :- If SMA getting error at the time to do AEPS transection in BOB?
Resolution :-
firstly agent need to check in Aggrigation sheet if the count is less then 5 agent need to transfer such cases in tech team if count is 5 then agent need to inform

Agar SMA ko yah error aata hai to SMA ID Supervisor ke saath share karen.
