Axis CASA account opening Charges kitna hai ?
As mandated by Axis Bank, below changes will be implemented in the CASA Service w.e.f 23rd Jan 2025, 9 PM.
- Initial Funding Amount will be revised to Rs 1000
- Rs 1000 will be deducted from Adhikari wallet. Adhikari to collect Rs 1000 from customer.
- Rs 1000 will be credited to the customer’s new Account
- Rs 295 will be deducted as Debit Card Charges
- Rest of the amount, Rs 705, will be available to customer
- Following transaction limits will be applicable for Axis Bank Accounts
- For Sahaj Savings (BBBSA) A/c – Daily credit limit – Rs. 25000 volume / 15 credit transaction counts whichever is earlier
Daily debit limit – Rs. 20000 volume / 10 debit transactions count whichever is earlier.

- For CADIG A/c – Daily credit limit- 50 Credit transactions
Daily debit limit – 1/24 of declared income/ turnover
Note:- Account would be frozen in case of any transactions limit breach
Question 1:- SMA ko tile app me show hota hai ya fir Web main ?
Answer:- CASA account open karne ka tile app me hi show hota hai.
Question 2:- Agar Adhikari’s bolte hai ki 1000 Rs unke wallet se deduct ho gya hai but wo abhi tak axis ke account main credit nhi huaa?
Answer:- In sare cases main agent query main tag karege,
Mandatory details need to fill in remark (Customer account No,SMA ID and Phone Number)
Agar SMA ne same day account open kia hai to 48 hour wait karege.
Question 3:- SMA ko Error: ETB_CUSTOMER_NOT_ELIGIBLE. kab aata hai?
Answer:- Agar Axis ka account already opened hai then SMA account spice money se open nhi kar sakta usko error aa jayega Error: ETB_CUSTOMER_NOT_ELIGIBLE.
Question 4-: Saving Account open karne ke liye kitni age honi chahiye aur kya 18 age se kam customer ka accunt open ho sakta hai.
Answer:- Student ka account open nhi ho sakta or jinki age 18 se niche hai unka bhi account open nhi ho sakta hai.
Question 5-: Agar IFSC code receipt main show nhi hota hai to kya karege?
Answer:- Welcome kit main IFSC code aa jayega, SMA ko welcome kit ka wait karna hoga.
Question 6-: Account me initial funding amount kab ayega.
Answer:- Account open hone ke baad 48 Hours me amount account me credit ho jayega.
Question 7-: Agar SMA ke wallet se deduct hua amount uske wallet me wapas aa gya hai.
Answer:- iska matlab yah hai ki us customer ka account open nhi ho sakta hai.
Question 8-: Messaage :- Please Try After 3 working days.
Answer:- Customer ka koi check fail ho gaya hai Axis end pe jis vajah se account fir se 3 Working days ke baad apply karna hoga.
Question 9-: Agar customer ka axis bank ka account open ho gya hai or hamare SMA ke paas usi account se Aeps Withdrawal karne aata hai tab hamare SMA ko aadhaar not link ka error aa raha hai to isme SMA ko kya karna hai.
Agnet Resolution :- Customer ka aadhar card uske account se link karwana hai jiske liye agent SMA ko KB main dekh kar ( View by keyword > CASA aadhar linking ) me jakar process guide karen.
Question 10-: Customer ko Passbook & Cheque book
Answer:- Cheque book process :- Cheque book ke liye customer ko Axis bank ke application me jakar waha se cheque book ki request raise karni hai ( Request raise karne ke baad 7-10 working days me uske address par aa jayegi )
Passbook book process :- nearest branch me passport size photo ke saath jakar passbook ke liye request raise karni hogi passbook customer ko bank se mil jayegi.
Question 11-: Agar Customer ke paas Welcome Kit nhi aayi hai to uske liye kya karna hoga ?

Question 12-: Account Open karne ke baad SMA customer mobile number se account ka status check nhi kar pa rahe hai.

Question 14-: Agar Account open ki process failed ho jaati hai to customer ko iska Message milega ya nhi.

Answer:- Debit card Customer ko 7 to 10 Working days me receive ho jayega unke address par.
Question 16-: Account open ho jaane ke baad status check karne me Activation in pending show hota hai to kya karna hai

Note :-
1. CASA ( Current & Saving ) account opening ki service 10:00 PM se 7:00 AM tak use nhi kar payenge.
2. Jis time CASA ki service use nhi hogi us time CASA account Opening ki tile bhi show nhi hogi.

3. SMA ko Casa Account open karane ke baad marketing kit ( debit card) lena jaruri hai.
Question 20-: Account opening ka status kaise check kar sakte hai
Answer:- SMA ko View status main click karna hoga uske baad wo account ka status check kar sakte hai
Question 21-: Getting Error while account opening “We are experiencing some technical issues, please try again after 5 minutes”
Answer:- Guided to SMA after 5 minutes please retry.
Question 22-: SMA get error as Technical Difficulty, Please contact Support Team. and Server not responding

4. SMA ke 20 KM ke area me ek axis bank ki branch
Yah saari requirment ke saath SMA ko apne casa tile ko activate karane ke liye apne sales person se contact karna hai.
Question 23-: Agar Customer ko account open error “ERROR: NEGATIVE CHECKS FAILED”
Answer:- Is error ke aane par customer ka account open nhi ho sakta hai |
Question 24-: Address enter karte time error aa raha hai |
Answer:- SMA ko guide karen ki address option me 15 character se kam letter’s hone chahiye.
Question 25-: Agar Customer ka single name hai to account open ho sakta hai ya nhi
Answer:- “Nhi” Single name customer ka account open nhi ho payega.
Question 26-: Agar account open karte time error”There is no nearest branch at your location. Account cannot be opened”
Answer:- Pin code par bank available nhi jis vajah se account ope nhi ho sakta hai
Note :-Nominee details me SMA ko customer ki nominee details carefully fill karni hai iska aadhaar card se match hona jaruri nhi hai customer jisko bhi family me se nominee ki banana chahta hai uski details fill karke bna sakta hai.
Question 27-: Agar SMA Axis bank ka BC removal karana chahta hai
Answer:- Agent ko niche likhi tagging karni hai aur 45 working days ka TAT share karna hai

Answer:- Adhikari ki aapke wallet me initial funding ka amount na hone ke karan apko yah error show ho raha hai apse anurodh hai ki apne wallet ko recharge karne ke baad fir se try karen issue resolve ho jayega.
