CDM Process

CDM Scenario’s: – SMA do tariko se CDM option ke through wallet recharge kar sakta hai.

  1. With CDM Card
  2. Without CDM Card
  3. SBI CDM Card
  1. With CDM Card: – SMA ko CDM card ke through CDM machine me amount deposit karta hai or amount instant SMA ke wallet me credit ho jata hai
  2. Without CDM Card: – SMA ko spice money ke account ki details CDM machine me fill karke amount deposit karna hoga, CDM machine se SMA ko payment success receipt milegi or SMA ko receipt ke saath FTR raise karni hogi ( TAT :- 60 Minutes )
    Note :- 60 Minutes ho chuke hai lekin wallet me paisa nhi aaya hai to call FTR queue me tranfer hogi
  3. SMA ko CDM machine se payment receipt nhi mili :- SMA ko ek white paper par niche likhi details mention karke uski photo ke saath FTR raise karni hai aur 60 minutes a wait karna hai.

  •  SMA ne CDM Machine ke through wallet recharge karte time wrong mobile number mention kar diya hai :- SMA usi deposited mobile number ke saath FTR raise karega.
    Agra bank SMA ki help nhi kar raha hai aur details provide nhi kara raha hai to SMA ki call ko FTR ki queue me transfer karna hai.( TAT :- 60 Minutes )
    Note :- 60 Minutes ho chuke hai lekin wallet me paisa nhi aaya hai to call FTR queue me tranfer hogi


  • SMA ne CDM machine ke through wallet recharge kara lekin SMA ko mobile number yaad nhi hai jo CDM machine me fill kara tha :– L1 Agent call ko FTR queue me transfer karega. FTR Agent :- SMA ko CDM machine ki branch me visit karna hoga or transaction details par bank se mobile number lena hai fir again SMA ko portal par FTR raise karni hai aur 60 minutes ka wait karna hai.

    Agar Bank help nhi karti hai to niche likhi tagging karni hai
    First  Tagging: –

                 Outcome: – Complaint > Wallet Recharge

                 Sub Outcome: – Bank is not helping to get transaction details

Followup Tagging: –

                 Outcome: – Query > Wallet Recharge

                 Sub Outcome: – Followup_Bank is not helping to get transaction details

  • SMA confirm nhi hai ki transaction success hai ya failed hai :- SMA ko CDM machine branch me visit karna hoga or transaction status check karni hoga.

                 Sub Outcome: – Want CDM transaction status

  • SBI CDM Card
  • SMA ko SBI CDM card ke through wallet recharge karne par registered mobile number CDM me mention karna hota hai.
  • Portal par FTR raise karte time, jo CDM me mobile number fill kara hai usi number ko fill karke FTR raise karna hai.

Note :- Again and again request duplicate FTR me close ho rahi hai to L1 team call ko FTR queue me transfer karegi then FTR team complaint raise hogi aur email par bhi suraj ko case raise hoga.

Previous FTR main rejection aaya hai ki previous FTR ka amount bank me reflect nhi hai or SMA ke paas transaction ID hai :- Esi Calls ko FTR queue me transfer karna hai.

FTR Agent Case ko ameyo me log karega or suraj ko case raise karke resolve kareyga.
FTR agent call par 2 hours ka TAT share karega
