Resolution IB: – Agent ko niche likhe documents and details guide karne hai aur SMA ko inform karna hai Rs.999 ka charge hai CMS service ka use karne ke liye Agar SMA agree karta hai hum SMA ko ek form share (Form Name: – Email Declaration format) karenge SMA ko usme saari details fill karke. Email team will share the List: –
1. Self Deceleration: – Format hum retailer ko mail par share karenge
2. Bureau Check: A Bureau Check score (Cibil Score) of ≥ 650 must be conducted via the Spice Money app. (Note: A Bureau Check charge of ₹99 applies.
3. If the score is below 650, a formal Police Verification is mandatory.
4. CPV Completed
5. Activation Fee: A one-time charge of ₹999 applies for CMS tile activation.
6. Approval: Recommendations must be approved via email by both the State Head and the Zonal Head
7. The Adhikari must provide Income Tax Return (ITR) or Annual Information Statement (AIS),
8. Last 6 Month Bank Statement
