Credential change – Email ID Change (Self Process)
Procedure :
Step 1: Login B2B Portal and go to Account > Agent Profile,
Step 2: Click on “Update” & an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 3: Enter OTP and click on “Next”,
Step 4: Enter New E-Mail id “Submit”,
Note :- Submit karne ke baad new new mail id par ek link jayega jo sirf yah confirm karega ki yah correct email id hai ya nhi.
Step 5: Click on the link on new mail id after that email id completely updated.
Important Note : After completing above process, your mail id will be updated successfully and your agent ID will be logged out.
In case, you don’t have your old/registered mobile number for receiving OTP, then you may call on our customer care number 01203986786 from your registered mobile number for further process.
after agent raising the complaint next 24 hours SMA received a verification call after verify all details email id will be updated in next 24 hours.
1.Self number change process is only applicable for SMA whose IRCTC service is not active
2.If the IRCTC service is active then self care option will not be provided and redirect the Adhikari to email at customercare@spicemoney.com.
