DMT Error’s: –

DMT ki call par sabse pahle KB main sheet DMT block due to Pan me check karna hai agar SMA ki ID is sheet main hai to SMA ko guide karen ki sir apka pan card me issue hone karan aap DMT service ka use nhi kar payenge.

Note: – Agar sheet me nhi hai to aage ka process follow karna hai.


DMT ki call par sabse pahle YBL E-KYC ki sheet check karni hai.


YBL ki KYC completed hai to niche likha process follow karna hai.
YBL ki KYC completed “Nhi” hai to KYC karne ke liye guide karna hai.

YBL Active-Inactive ki sheet check karni hai.
1. Agar SMA ki ID “Active” hai.
Solution: – KB me likhi error list check karni hai or error ke samne likha solution SMA ko provide karna hai. agar reactivation se related error aur sheet me active hai to bhi SMA ki DMT YBL Re-activate karne ki request leni hai.

2. Agar ID “Inactive” hai.
Solution: –
i) SMA ne three months se YBL DMT se koi transaction nhi kari hai agent ko error check karke YBL DMT activation ki request leni hai.
ii) Agar YBL Active-Inactive Sheet me Soft block hai to agent ko KB me desk kar soft blocking ka process follow karna hai.
iii) Agar YBL Active-Inactive sheet me kisi reason ke karan block hai to vah SMA YBL par DMT use nhi kar payenge service YBL se activate nhi hogi

2. Agar YBL E-KYC completed nhi hai to SMA ko guide karna hai ki apni YBL E-KYC ko complete karen or YBL E-KYC ke complete hone ke baad SMA ki DMT service activate ho jayegi
