DMT Unblocking Process:-
If SMA called our customer care for DMT tile missing.
Need to follow below steps:-
- Agent needs to confirm PIN code, district and state name from the SMA.
- Agent needs to check whether SMA district is available in “No SH approval required for DMT service” sheet which is available in KB.
- If district found in that sheet, Agent needs to check the CPV status – CPV nahi hai to SMA ko CPV karne ke liye guide karna hai,
- Agar B2b main CPV status approved hai to SMA se puchna hai k CPV kab karvaya tha, ager SMA ne CPV pahle se karva Rakha hai to agent SMA ko guide karna hai ki DMT Tile auto approve ho jaygi within 24 hrs ,
- if CPV done within 24 hrs than agent needs to share the SMA ID with supervisor and supervisor will raise the request in real time and agent will tag the case in below tagging-

- Agar SMA ka district find nhi ho raha hai “No SH approval required for DMT service” sheet main nhi hai.
- Agent ko CPV ka status check karna hai agar CPV done nhi hai to CPV karne ke liye guide karna hai or niche likhi tagging karni hai
Query> Account Related – Sub Outcome > Guided for CPV
- If CPV is competed than agent needs to tag the case in below tagging and give the TAT of 5 WD to the SMA.
- Shahrukh will share the case with respecting SH for approval.
