Instant Pan Card – FAQ’s

Important :- NSDL pan ki website par new registration abhi hold par hai SMA ko guide karna hai ki kripya kuchh time ka wait karen.

Q:- SMA ne pan card apply kara tha lekin mail par nhi aaya |

Script :- Priye Adhikari ji, hum janana chahenge ki aapne new pan apply kara hai ya fir pan card correction ke liye apply kara hai

1. Agar new pan card apply kara hai script :- Priye Adhikari ji, aapko batana chahenge ki new pan card 2 to 4 working hours me aapke mail par sent ho jata hai |

2. Agar Correction pan card apply kara hai script :- Priye Adhikari ji, aapko batana chahenge ki aapne correction pan card aaply kara hai aur correction pan card aapki mail par 4 to 6 working days me sent hota hai jisme saturday and sunday count nhi hote hai |

Question 1 :- E-Pan Card kab tak SMA ki mail par send hoga ?

Ans:- 2 working days

Question 2 :- E-Pan Card Correction apply main pan kab tak SMA ki mail par send hoga ?

Ans:- 4 to 6 Working Days.

Question 3 :- Instant pan card ki tile se kon-kon si correction kar sakte hai ?

Ans:- Name & DOB

Note :-

1. Agar SMA koi Wrong Details fill karta hai form main to form reject ho jayega aur amount instant refund ho jayega wallet main.

2. Pan card ki side par jaate hi amount auto deduct ho jayega wallet se

In Web ( System ) :- Mantra and Morpho both

Question 10 :- Error exception occurred while parsing PID Xml

Ans:- 1. Window firewalls should be off.

2. Drivers of other than MANTRA biometric devices should not be installed in the system.

3. Updated all Mantra drivers should be installed into the system. Please download the latest biometric drivers of the Mantra device Link: https://download.mantratecapp.com/forms/downloadfiles

if the required installation is done already then the user would be clicked on submit button before reading the biometric device for the finger capture process.

Ans:- Amount T + 4 working days me SMA ke wallet me refund ho jayega |

Question 12 :- Mobile me Instant pan card apply kar sakte hai ya nhi.

Ans:- NSDL pan service only web me use kar sakte hai. Yah service mobile me work nhi hogi

Question 13 :- Agar SMA apne Company ke name se pan card apply karna chahta hai |

Ans:- Category main individual select karna hai

Question 14 :- Agar SMA Single name se pan card apply karna chahta hai |

Ans:- Yes SMA single name wale customer’s ka pan card apply kar sakta hai SMA ko jo name hai usko last name/Surname ke option me fill karne ke baad process complete kar sakta hai |

Question 15 :- Instant pan card ka process complete karne ke baad “Initiate” show karta hai |

Ans:- 24 Hours ka wait karen agar 24 hours me success ya failed show ho jayega

Success show hota hai to pan card mail par receive hoga.

Failed show hota hai to T+4 working days me amount refund ho jayega.

Question 16 :- Pan Card apply karte time address fill karne me error “Only Alphabet Allowed” |

Ans:- SMA ko guide karen ki place name me only place name hi fill karen. PIN code fill nhi karna hai.

Ans:- Adhikari ko Pan card apply karte time category ke option me individual select karna hota hai |

Ans:- Adhikari ko Pan card me “Physical Pan Card’ Select karna hoga |

Question 21 :- Pan Card application form me AO code ko find karte time “District Name” find nhi ho raha hai |

Ans:- Nhi is case me adhikari ka amount refund nhi hota hai.

Question 23 :- Pan Card apply karte time Aadhar details fill karne ke baad error “Aadhar Authentication Failed” |

Ans:- Customer ki deatils aadhaar card me jo hai wahi fill karni hai

Ans:- SMA ko spice money chat support par connect karne ke liye guide karenge.

Question 27 :- NSDL e_pan card card service ka service pack me charge kitna hai|

Notes :-

1. less than 18 age ke pan card apply karne me ” representative assessee” fill karna hai

2.Company and firm ka pan card create karne ke liye application type me Individual select karna hai |

4. Aagar SMA ke paas Acknowladgement number nhi hai to pan card apply karne ke baad customer ki mail id par ek mail sent hota hai jisme pan application ka acknowladgement number hota hai |

5.Error :- Insufficient balance in wallet

Resolution :- SMA ke wallet me proper balance nhi hone ke karan yah error aata hai to SMA ko apne wallet me amount add karna hai jiske baad SMA pan card apply kar sakta hai |

6.Pan type option :-

(i) EPan – pan card only mail par ayega

(ii) Physical pan card – pan card mail par bhi ayega aur physical card bhi address par ayega

7. Physical pan card TAT – 12-15 Working days

8. Pan card number customer ke paas nhi hai – Customer ko apni nearby Income tax department office me jaana hoga pan card number lene ke liye

9. Duplicate pan card apply kiya ja sakta hai ya nhi – “Nhi” Duplicate pan card apply nhi ho sakta hai customer correction ke liye pan card apply kar sakta hai

10. Report Option in application aur web :- Report option mobile me aur Web ( system ) me pan card apply karte time ( TOP – LEFT HAND ) par aata hai

11. Epan aa gya hai lekin usme father name mismatch hai to pan me same day par correction kra ja sakta hai ya nhi – Pan card receive hone ke 48 hours baad customer ke pancard me correction kiya ja sakta hai lekin pan card me correction instant pan card ke through nhi hoga customer ko physical mode se changes karwane honge

12. Kin cases me SMA ka pan card apply karne ka amount refund nhi hoga –

(i) Same aadhar number se multiple time pan card aaply karne par amount refund nhi hoga

(ii) Objection Risk ITD ke case me pan card amount refund nhi hoga

13. Kin cases me SMA ka pan card apply karne ka amount refund hoga –

(i) Two times payment deduct hone par

(ii) Payment done ho gyi hai lekin pan application complete nhi hui hai

(iii) Payment done ho gyi hai lekin application successful nhi hui hai

(iv) Slow internet ka karan payment done ho gyi hai lekin page cut ho gya hai

14. E-Pan card mail par nhi aaya hai aur TAT over ho gya hai :- Customer ko apna email clear karna hai, Kya customer ki email id sahi fill kari gyi thi

15.Exception at ESP Msg parsing :- Slow Internet, UIDAI se respond na milna, UIDAI server down

16.Both aadhar card OTP based E-KYC ke liye customer ka aadhar card me mobile number add hona chahiye

Error’s Scenarious :-

1. AR00001 : Area Code cannot be Empty or Blank :- AO code option mein SMA ko AO code fill karna hota hai is AO ko find karne ke liye SMA ko below steps ko follow karna hoga

(i)Indian citizens, State/UT

(ii) city

(iii) Uske baad SMA ke search ke option par click karne ke baad AO code find ho jayega

2. EKYC013 : Your mobile number/e-mail ID is not registered. Hence you cannot proceed with the application with KYC mode. Kindly proceed the application with Physical mode through browser based online PAAM :-

Query’s :-

1 . AO code nahi aata hain : aapko sabse pehle India citizen , phir state aur city select karna padta hain – AO code ke details auto populate ho jayengee

2 . City ka naam main distrit daal sakte hain kya. Agar aap bahut chotee city main rehte – to uss case main near city ko select kar saktein hai

4. PAN card jo invalid ho gaya wo dobara bana saktein hai –

5. Commisison kya hain – abhe commission nahi hain

6. Area code daalene ka time aata hain to wo accept nahi karta – manually nahi fill karn ahota

7. Epan apply kar diya – 71 – to physical ke liye pehle epan ka wait kijiye aur uske baad correction ke liye apply kijiye

8. Pehle wale main dono likha hota tha epan and physical – agar physical kiya to dono aa jayenge

9. Refund – application success nahi hua – failed hua – balance deducted – T + 4 working days main aa jayega , correction ke liye daala – uss correction main income tax ne koi objection daala hain – aapko physical docuent bhejne honge – uss case main refund nahi aayega

10. Instant Pan card only web se apply kar sakta hai

11. E pan – 2 to 4 hours main aayega – between 10 am – 6 pm , agar 6pm ke baad banaya to next day aayega

12. PAN card pe signature karna mandatory hain – haan – jo physical aayega usme

13. Koi bhee document scan nahi karna , kaheen bhejna bhee nahi hain, print out bhee nahi lena.
