1.Here, in this case advisor has to share the IRCTC declaration form with the help of supervisor on Adhikari registered email id
2. Post receiving the docs from Adhikari, Supervisor has to upload this in IRCTC portal
3. After successful updating, Refund will come in next 15 – 20 or 30 – 60 days post verified
Note- If PNR is less than 3 months old then refund will be processed in next 15 – 20 days and if PNR is older than 3 months then refund will come in 30-60 days

WL Auto- Cancellation Refund

Need to verify refund OTP after 48 hrs from TU portal from the date of train departure. If refund OTP verify through TU portal then instant refund but if refund OTP verify from agent interface then refund credited after 48 – 72 hours
