Adhikari Ji :- Hamne aapki IRCTC renewal request le li hai aapko batana chahenge aapko iske liye 3 working days ka wait karna hoga, or hum kosis karenge ki aapki IRCTC ID jald se jald renewal ho sake,
1– Jitna bhi renewal amount deduct hoga ( 590 & 1180 ) wo aapko apne wallet mai maitain karna hoga, or renewal amount bhi call par SMA ko batana hoga,
2 – Koi bhi SMA agar yah bolta hai ki mujhe urgent renewal karwani hai, to customer ki complaint mark karenge or supervisor ya L2 advisor se mail khushboo ko email karna hai or SMA ko 3 hrs ka TAT dena hai ki aapka amount renewal deduct ho jayega,
