LATLONG Error

Issue: – SMA ko transaction karte time LATLONG error aa raha hai
Error: –
1. Agent not present in registered location
2. Invalid Geo Code
3. Latlong not present in database

Agar SMA ko invalid geocode ka error system me aa raha hai to SMA ko guide karna hai ki mobile se transaction karen.

Agar SMA ko mobile me issue hai to niche likha process follow karen

Solution Script :- Priye Adhikari ji, aapko batana chahenge ki aapko apni CPV/Registered location ke 20 KM ke radius me hi karni hogi.

Agar Adhikari kahta hai ki me apni registered location se hi transaction kar raha hun.

Solution: – Agent ko niche likhi Script and solution follow karna hai

  1. SMA ID
  2. Shop ke saath SMA ki photo with Geocode/LATLONG
  3. Aggregator Name

Script: – Priye Adhikari ji, apko apne Distributor/DL & BL/Cluster Head se contact karna hoga aur unko apni SMA ID, Shop ki LATLONG wali photo jisme aap bhi show ho rahe ho, Aggregator name jisme aapko error aa raha hai. Yah sari chije provide karani hogi aur aapko iske saath saath batana chahenge ki Latlong wali photo usi location ki bhejiyega jaha se aap hamesha transaction karenge kyuki location reset only 1 time hi hoti hai.

Note: –

  1. SMA ko ek hi call par Distributor/DL & BL/Cluster Head ka number provide karna hai aur SMA ko guide karna hai ki sabse pahle distributor se contact karen agar distributor contactable nhi hai to DL & BL se contact karna hai agar yah bhi contactable nhi hai to cluster head se contact karna hai.
  2. Agar inme se koi bhi contactable nhi hai to supervisor se puchh kar state head and Zonal Head ka number provide karana hai.

  1. Sales person details ke saath Sales Support desk par email karega.
  2. Sales Support desk team check karegi agar saare document/requirements available hai to email ko (To: – Abhishek Yadav + Abhudaya Tiwari), (CC: – Vaibhav & Care Team) ko forward  karegi.
