India First Life POS INSURANCE KHATA Plan, which is a term assurance with return of premium plan. This over-the-counter product takes care of both: your family’s needs in case of your untimely demise and protection of your money as it comes back safely to you if no untoward event takes place.

A New policy is issued with each single premium
Agar SMA kahta hai ki LIC me transaction success ho gya hai lekin, LIC ki payment me show nhi kar raha hai benefits receive nhi hue hai to niche likhi complaint mark karni hai or SMA ko 3 working days ka TAT share karna hai:-
Tagging: –
Outcome: – Complaint > LIC
Sub Outcome: – transaction is successful and benefit is not received LIC
Policy Paying term:
Annually- if premium is due once every year then the same will show in the portal +- 30 days from the due date. If after this customer comes then they have to go to the nearest LIC center as the payment will be made along with the late payment charges.
Half yearly – if premium is due once every year then the same will show in the portal +- 20 days from the due date. If after this customer comes then they have to go to the nearest LIC center as the payment will be made along with the late payment charges.
Quarterly: – if premium is due once every year then the same will show in the portal +- 30 days from the due date. If after this customer comes then they have to go to the nearest LIC center as the payment will be made along with the late payment charges.
Monthly: – if premium is due once every year then the same will show in the portal +- 15 days from the due date. If after this customer comes then they have to go to the nearest LIC center as the payment will be made along with the late payment charges.
LIC Payments TATs:-
1. If LIC payment status was successful but policy amount not paid then – Amount will be credited in 24 working hours in LIC
2. If LIC payment status is pending & process then TAT would be T+2 working days.
3. On first three payment Rs3 commission will be provided to SMA.
4. On 4th payment Rs 2 commission will be provided to SMA.
TAT- Instantly will reflect in wallet.
5. Agar SMA ne LIC ka bill payment kara lekin amount LIC ke premium me show nhi ho raha hai.
