Mantra Device: –
- Please advise the SMA to raise an RMA request on the Servico portal: https://servico.mantratecapp.com/MasterForms/RMARequestTerms.aspx
- Before generating the request, the SMA should carefully read all the terms and conditions.
- After generating the request on the Servico portal, the SMA needs to note the RMA number for further processing.
- Once the RMA is initiated, the device should be dispatched to the Mantra service center as per the instructions provided on the portal. The Mantra team will inspect the device and provide the appropriate resolution.
- After the device is received at the Servico end, the updated details/status will be reflected on the portal within 2 days of device dispatch.
- If the SMA wants to check the status, they should visit the same Servico link again and track the status using the RMA number.
Note:- SMA should mentioned the RMA number on the device packet.

2. request raise karne se pahle, sma ko sabhi niyam aur sharten dhyanpurvak padh leni chahiye।
3. sarviko portal par anurodh darj karne ke bad, sma ko aage ki prakriya ke liye rma number note kar lena chahiye।
rma shuru hone ke bad, portal par diye gaye nirdeshon ke anusar device ko mantra seva kendra bhej den। mantra team device ka nirikshan karegi aur uchit samadhan pradan karegi।
4. sarviko mein device prapt hone ke bad, device bhejne ke 2 dinon ke bhitar portal par adyatan vivran/sthiti dikhai degi।
5. Agar sma status ki check karna chahta hai, to use usi sarviko link par dobara jana chahiye aur rma number ka upyog karke sthiti ko track karna chahiye।
note:- sma ko device packet par rma number avashya likhna chahiye।
