IF Transection Status showing Y- Iska matlb transection successful hai agar SMA bolte hai ki paisa wallet m nhi aaya hai to agent, agent wallet summary option main ja ke check karege uske according SMA ko btayege.

IF Transection Status showing N-  Iska matlb amount customer ke account se debit ho gya hai lekin SMA ke wallet main nhi aaya aise cases main Agent SMA ko T+7 working days ka time dege itne time main paisa customer ke account main waps chala jayega.

IF Transection Status showing N- And T+7 working days is completed but still amount not credited on customer account-:

Agar T+7 working days ka time complete ho jata hai and SMA bolte hai ki paisa abhi bhi customer ke account main credited nhi hua hai to to agent SMA ko bolege wo customer ki bank ki statement hame mail ya fir WhatsApp pe share kare, WhatsApp and email team uss statement ko attach kar ke complaint raise karegi.
