Q: SMA ko mobile recharge karne ke baad kitne recharge ka commission kab milega
Ans: Commission recharge success hone ke baad instantly SMA ke wallet me credit ho jata hai

Q: SMA ne mobile recharge kara jiska Recharge Successful but benefit not received

Resolution for Premium SMA : 

  1. Agent ko sabse pahle SMA ki recharge ka status check karna hai agar recharge ka status “Success” hai.
  2. Agar transaction success hai to SMA ki b2b me SMA category ko check karna hai agar “Premium” Category main hai.
  3. SMA ki ID recharge main sheet ” Recharge Eligible Amount Refund” me check karna hai agar SMA ki ID is sheet main to niche likhi complaint create karni hai aur TAT dena hai
    Script :- Priye Adhikari ji, aapko batana chahenge ki apki complaint hamne leli hai, apse request hai ki kripya________ka wait karen aapka recharge ka amount apke wallet me refund ho jayega. dhanywad.

    TAT :- 
    For Monday to Friday 4 Hours
    For Sunday TAT :- Monday EOD
    Saturday after 6 PM TAT  :- Monday EOD

    Tagging for refund :- 

    Outcome :- Complaint > Recharge
    Sub Outcome :- Recharge Successful Benefits Not Received

    Tagging for refund follow_up 

     Outcome :- Query > Recharge
    Sub Outcome :- Follow Up for previous recharge complaint

    Resolution for NON Premium SMA : 

    1. Agent ko sabse pahle SMA ki recharge ka status check karna hai agar recharge ka status “Success” hai.
    2. Agar transaction success hai to SMA ki b2b me SMA category ko check karna hai agar “Premium” Category main nhi hai.
    3. TAT ke baad SMA ki complaint par ek “Operator” number generate hota hai.
      Script :- Priye Adhikari ji, aapko batana chahenge ki apki complaint hamne leli hai, apse request hai ki 24 to 48 hours ka wait karen. apko resolution mil jayega.

Q:- Agar SMA call out of TAT call karta hai.

SMA ka previous complaint ka remarks check karna hai agar complaint ke remarks option me Operator number show ho raha hai to SMA ko guide karna hai ki sir is number ko lekar customer ko operator se contact karna hai aur yah operator number unhe dena hai. hamari taraf se recharge ki transaction success hai. 

Q :- SMA ne operator se baat kar li hai lekin operator se koi help nhi mili hai.

SMA ko guide karna hai ki operator se jo baat kari hai us call ki call recording email par share karenge.

Q: Wrongly recharged on mobile
Ans  If mobile recharge does on wrong mobile, then there is no possibility for refund from Spice Money, guide SMA to contact to mobile operator

Q: Recharge status- Pending/Process

Ans – Recharge pending 48 hrs  ka TAT share karenge. 
 

Q: Agar mobile recharge karte time galat circle select kar liya hai to plan ka benefit kaise milega

Ans: Agar mobile recharge karte time galat circle select kar liya hai to plan ka benefit select kiye gaye circle ke according milega.

Agar mobile recharge karte time galat operator select kar liya hai
Ans :- Ameyo me complaint mark karni hai or SMA ko guide karna hai ki 24 to 48 hours ka wait karen aapko resolution mil jayega.

Agar koi bhi SMA ( Premium/Non Premium ) recharge ke third time call kar raha hai aur usko Operator number already mil chuka hai aur service provide help nhi kar raha hai to wah call L2 par transfer karni hai. L2 agent saari details ke saath ruchi ma’am ko forward karni hai approval ke liye
