Q. What is validity of plan for mobile screen protection ?

A. Plan is valid for one year from one year of purchase.

Q. Does the plan covers all types of damages to the mobile phone ?

A. No, the plan only covers the expense incurred due to the damage to the screen of mobile phone

Q. Do I need to visit the brand service center to get the mobile screen repaired ?

A. No. The plan comes with Pick up & Drop facility by One Assist. The One Assist executive will pick up the damaged device from customer location, and will drop the repaired device to same location

Q. Does this plan cover the screen which has already been repaired by local service center ?

A. If mobile screen has been repaired by local service center, such screen will not be cover under the plan.

Q. Do I need to have the original mobile invoice to claim the repair of mobile phone ?

A. No. Original Mobile invoice is not mandatory.

Q. Does plan cover any amount for the repair of screen mobile repair ?

A. The plan covers the repair amount upto the plan benefit. Any expense in excess of plan benefit amount needs to be paid by customer

Q. Can I claim any number of mobile repairs during the plan validity period ?

A. Customer can make ONE repair claim during the plan validity period
