Q 1 : Transaction Status of Move to Bank


Three types of transaction status are there for Move to Bank

    • Success (S) – For successful transaction amount is credit in SMA Bank Account
    • Failed (F) – In case of failed transaction the amount will be reverse in SMA Wallet
    • Pending (P) – For pending transaction SMA need to wait for T + 3 working days,
      Pending Script: –
      Script:- Priye Adhikari ji apki transaction pending me chali gyi hai, aapko batana chahenge ki 99 % transaction same day me clear ho jati hai, or maximum TAT T+3 working days ka time lag sakta hai

Q 2 : What are the documents required for Current Bank Account

Your current account /firm name/proprietor name. Then any one document required from below list with the front-page bank in order to update the current bank account details, required bank account passbook/statement or cancel Cheque along with any one of the below mentioned documents for the further process.

Registration certificate

Certificate/license issued by the municipal authorities under Shop and Establishment Act.

Sales and income tax returns.

24CST/VAT/ GST certificate (provisional/final).

Certificate/registration document issued by Sales Tax/Service Tax/Professional Tax authorities.

IEC (Importer Exporter Code) issued to the proprietary concern by the office of DGFT or License/certificate of practice issued in the name of the proprietary concern by any professional body incorporated under a statute.

Complete Income Tax Return (not just the acknowledgement) in the name of the sole proprietor where the firm’s income is reflected, duly authenticated/acknowledged by the Income Tax authorities.

Utility bills such as electricity, water, landline telephone bills, etc.

Note: If current account is in the name of SMA then no other document will be required.

Q 3 : SMA Did Move to bank but the transection status showing in pending?

Resolution :- agent need to check the status in B2B portal if it is showing pending then shared T+3 working days time.

Q 4 : If SMA Stating that he did Move to bank and transection status showing successful but still amout not credited on the account?

Resolution :-Firstly agent need to check the transection status if it is showing  successful,apse request hai ki aap apne bank account ki statement ya updated passbook hame whatsapp pe share kar dijiye hamri team check kar ke aapko  puri sahayata karegi iss se sambandhit.

Q 5 : Move to Bank Kis kis Amount ko Kar sakte hai ?

Resolution :- Move to Distributor Aeps+MATM ka paise hi kar move to bank kar sakte hai ispar jo TDS deduct hota hai TDS as per Govt. Rool se deduct hota hai aur yah Govt Charges hote hai 

Q 6 : Move to Bank karte time jo TDS deduct hota hai.

Resolution :- TDS Goverment Charges hote hai 

Ek SMA jo bhi Transaction par Commission earn karta hai uske Govt. TDS Deduct Hota hai.
Note :-
Agar SMA apne khate se 20 Lakh se jyada cash withdraw same financial year me karta hai to uska 5 % TDS bank ki taraf se lagta hai.
. Agar SMA ka pan card aadhar card se link nhi hai to yah charge 20 % ho jata hai

Q 7 : Move to bank karte time Error “Unable to transfer fund after some time”.
Resolution :- SMA se puchhna hai ki IMPS kar rahe hai ya NEFT.
Agar SMA NEFT kar raha hai to SMA ko guided karena hai ki IMPS se try kijiye
Agar SMA IMPS se kar raha hai to SMA ko guide karna hai ki NEFT se kijiye.

Agar same issue hai to SMA ko kuchh time baad retry karne ke liye guide karna hai.

Q 8 : NEFT se Move to Bank karne par amount refund aa raha hai 

Resolution :- SMA ke bank account me NEFT accept nhi hoga. SMA ko bank account change karne ke liye guide karna hai

Q 9 : SMA jab move to bak kar raha hi to error account me restrictions show kar raha hai. 

Resolution :- SMA ko guide karn ahai ki apke account me limit ka issue hai, apse request hai ki GST number ke saath spice money me apna current bank account add karen aur us account me move to bank karen.
