ID Suspend Reason: – SUSPEND (Blocking due to No PAN based on Thematic Study)

Script: – Priye Adhikari ji, Apka pan card ki details income tax ki website par different milne ke karan aapki ID ko suspend kar diya gya hai.

Customer Care Solution: – Adhikari ji apko batana chahenge ki aapko apni registered mail id se hamari mail customercare@spicemoney.com par 1. SMA id 2. Old Pan card number 3. New pan card number 4. New pan card photo. in documents ke saath mail karna hoga |

TAT: – 7 Working days

Backend Process: –

  1. CC Team will share the Email with TL Desk once the documents are shared by SMA.
  2. TL desk will share the details with AOB Team with below annexure.

  1. Techops will update the pan number in the SMA ID, once will received the confirmation from TechOps will share the request to compliance team for unblocking the ID.
  2. Compliance team will unblock the SMA ID then we will share the unblocking information via email to the SMA.
