2. SMA ki CPV Complete honi chahiye
3. Old biometric device ka Invoice
4. Pan card ki copy par SMA ka consent
Yah Saari chije agar SMA ki hai to SMA ko pan card par consent ke saath email karne ke liye guide karna hai or voice wale tagging query me karenge.
Note :- Agar SMA ke paas purane device ka invoice nhi hai to consent me yah clearly likha hoga
Agar SMA ki yah saari requirements completed hai to SMA ka niche likha process follow karna hai :-
Script :- Priye Adhikari ji, aapko apna purana biometric device change karna hoga ek new biometric device ka prayog karen warna aapki ID par NPCI ki taraf se Aeps Service again band ho jayegi
SMA ko guide karan hai ki sir aapko hame pan ki photo copy wale page par par concent likh kar dena hoga jisme likhana hoga ( Device kaha se purshase kari hai, Device kab purchase kari hai, Device ka serial number, Device ka model, Device Name, or aap apni ID par ab is new device ka use kar rahe hai.
Backend Process :- Letter received hone ke baad letter Nodal Team ko share karna hai aur Nodal Team bank or UIDAI ko share karegi
