Both Error Solution process: –
1. SMA ki ID KB main sheet main ( Sheet name: – UPI Cash Point Not Eligible SMA) main check karna hai agar ID is sheet main hai to SMA ko guide karna hai ki aap is service ka use abhi nhi payenge. jab apki yah service jab activate hogi to apko inform kar diya jayega.
2. Agar ID pahle wali (Sheet name: – UPI Cash Point Not Eligible SMA) sheet me nhi hai to SMA ki ID ko (YBL Active-Inactive Sheet) me check karna hai aur sheet me ID ko jo status likha usko resolution follow karna hai.
3. Agar SMA ID YBL Active-Inactive Sheet main active hai to SMA ki ID neeraj ko share karni hai
3. VPA id does not exist: – Resolve ho gya hai
UPI Cash Point transaction minimum limit is 200
If UPI cash point transaction is failed and amount deducted from customer bank account: – priye adhikari ji, yah amount 3 working days me apke account me acuto credit ho jayega
