• SMA UPI cash withdraw par ek QR code generate karne ke baad customer se us QR code par payment accept kar sakta hai |
• UPI cash withdraw only Dynamic QR code ke through hi kiya ja sakti hai |
• SMA ko customer se payment accept karne ke liye pahle QR code generate karna hota hai jo QR code generate hota hai use Dynamic QR kahte hai |
• Transaction par commission ka amount SMA ke main wallet me instant credit ho jayega |
• UPI Cash withdraw par jo amount SMA ke paas option available hai ki SMA UPI Cash withdraw ka amount ko Apne wallet main instant select kar sakta hai aur bank account settlement ko option ko select karke amount  T+1 day basis par sma ke bank account me settle ho jayega |

UPI Cash Withdraw T&C

• Maximum Withdrawal amount is Rs.1000 per transaction
• Maximum of 3 Transactions or Rs 1000 can be withdrawn for a single customer in a day
• Minimum transaction Rs. 100

Error’s in UPI Cash Withdraw:- 

SMA call par kah raha hai mujhe spice money se call aaya tha ki mujhe UPI CW me apna primary bank account change karn ahai mene apna account change kar liya hai.

Solution :- Esi calls ko L2 par transfer karna hai. L2 agent email par case ko highlight karega of SMA ko 2 to 3 working days ka TAT share karega.

Solution :- Agar SMA ko yah error aa raha hai to SMA apna Soundbox ko apni ID se link kar raha hai or New link karna abhi hold par hai SMA ko kuchh time ka wait karne ke liye guide karna hai.
