Wallet Recharge – THROUGH VIRTUAL ACCOUNT ( DBR- VPA )

Virtual account number me combination hota hai ( SPICE ID + Registered Mobile number + SMA ID )
Virtual account number and the IFSC code already B2B portal par show ho jata hai.
Adhikari Virtual payment account ko apne spice money me registered bank account ki net banking me as a primary bank account add karke amount transfer karke wallet recharge kar sakta hai

Usage:

Instantly Adhikari ka wallet me amount add ho sakta hai.
VPA ke through wallet recharge Adhikari only registered bank account se hi kar sakta hai jo ki instant amount wallet me add ho jata hai.
Un Registered bank account se VPA ke through wallet recharge karne par transaction accept nhi hoti hai aur amount T+3 days me amount usi account me refund ho jata hai jis bank account se deduct hota hai.
Maximum 60 transactions and Rs.1 Crore in a day is allowed.
Max per txn limit for NEFT/RTGS – 10 lac & for IMPS – 5 lac
If you want to add any of your State Bank of India (SBI) or Central Bank of India (CBI) account on the Spice Money portal, please prefix the account number with zeroes (0)
For adding any SBI account, please add 6 zeroes before the account number.For e.g if your SBI account number is 10058180180 then add the Account number on SM portal as 00000010058180180
For adding any CBI account, please add 7 zeroes before the account number.For e.g if your CBI account number is 10058180180 then add the Account number on SM portal as 000000010058180180
Agar Yes bank main VPA karte time transaction failed ho jaati hai aur amount refund nhi hota hai to Adhikari ko T+3 days ka wait karna hai.
Agar Axis bank main VPA karte time transaction failed ho jaati hai aur amount refund nhi hota hai to amount instant refund ho jata hai.
Agar Axis VPA ki payment wallet me credit nhi hui hai to SMA ko transaction ke baad 30 minutes ka wait karna hai. Agar 30 minutes ho gye hai aur paisa wallet me nhi aata hai to amount source account me refund ho jata hai.

Agar Axis bank se VPA ki transaction failed ho jaane ke baad instant wallet me nhi aati hai to SMA ko updated bank statement karni hai hamare chat support par share karega. Chat team instant ek mail share karke TL desk ko forword karegi
