Note: – YBL KYC ke complete hone ke baad 1 Hour ka TAT share karna hai YBL par onboard hone ke liye

Q: SMA called us to complaint that he is not getting Adhikari-EKYC tile on App/Web?

Ans: We need to probe below questions-

1. If he is using APP then ask user to go to play store and download the App & check

2. If user is using Web then ask him to login and logout and check

Resolution- If still Tile is not visible then raise complaint in Ameyo

Q: SMA called us to complaint that In YBL ekyc OTP not recieved?

Q: SMA called us to complaint that he is not able to complete YBL EKYC as getting error-Remote server returned error. 

Q: SMA called us to complaint that he is getting error that -Not a valid request.

Q: SMA called us to complaint that OTP  not coming-waiting(after submitting OTP)

Q: SMA called us to complaint that he is getting error-Unable to process.

Q: SMA called us to complaint that he is getting error that Session time out.

Q: SMA called us to complaint that he is not able to change Gender on portal

Ans:  We need to inform that Tech team is working on this case, Please try after 48 hrs

Important Note: 

    • There is no charge for YBL service activation.
    • E-KYC limit of transfer is Rs2.25 lakh per month, per sender cumulative & 12 lakh + 3 lakh per year, per sender and this is the global limit.
    • Without E-KYC limit of transfer is Rs. 25 k per month & 3 lakh per yearE-KYC Karte time error ” Sorry Unable to Process due to technical issue “
      Solution :- SMA ki ID Yes bank ki taraf se Negative Registry main available hai ( Yah SMA ki YBL E-Kyc nhi ho sakti hai )

Q :- if SMA is unable to do RBL eKYC, error is coming “Resident biometric mismatch”. ?

Resolution :-  Majorly this was due to, Aadhar locked by the agent on UIDA website/ App. To don’t allow to share details

Tagging :-

Note :- Yah tagging POI,POA and Error screenshot ke saath me hi create karni hai. L1 advisor error screenshot or POI,POA ke liye chat ya email support par connect karne ke liye guide karega.

YBL E-KYC Error :- Invalid Pan

Resolution :- SMA ka masking aadhar card(Jisme aadhar number ke last 4 digit hi show honge) and pan card customer care email par error screenshot ke saath mangana hai.
Email team email ko TL desk par bhejegi TL desk email lokesh ko share karega

     Paper Base KYC :-
Agar SMA ki id me YBL ki tile par green tick show ho raha hai lekin hamare YBL E-KYC sheet me id nhi hai tabhi yah tagging create karni hai.
Note :- Agar YBL E-KYC sheet me ID already hai to Paper base kyc ki tagging nhi banegi

Solution/Script :- Priye Adhikari ji, aap YBL ki non serviceable area me work kar rahe hai, aap YBL ki E-KYC nhi kar sakte hai.
