1. In case of file pending at 4th step OTP- we will display 3 hr TAT as per current process .
2. After 3 hr – status needs to change as 3 days.
3. After 3 days – status need to change to change as rejected with correct reason.
a. Aadhaar pay tile will only appear after 3 working days of doing YBL EKYC
b. Once rejected on YBL – this cannot be accepted again
If the KYC has been done on same day then we will ask for 24 hours for us to give the status to the SMA
