1. First select the service name and then enter all the details shown in the image and click on scan fingerprint option.
2.Once the finger scanning is successfully done it will show you the balance status
Agar SMA ko balance enquiry karne meain error aa raha hai ya fir wo kar nhi pa rhe hai to agent sabse phele SMA ka Wallet Amount dekhege wallet amount zero se upper hona chahiye tabhi SMA balance enquiry kar sakta hai.
