Agar Adhikari bolte hai ki usko AEPS transection karte hue error aa raha hai to agent sabse phele error confirm karege or kis bank ki transection karte hue error aa raha hai  ye puchega agar SMA bol rhe hai ki BOB bank ki transection karte hue 30 mint ka error aa raha hai to agent sabse phele SMA id copy kar ke KB main BOB blocklist list main ja ke check karenge.

Agar adhikari ka already 5 time aggregator change ho gya hai to SMA inform karenge ki uski ID pe BOB ki transection block ki gyi hai bank ke end se abhi aap BOB bank ki Transection nhi kar payege, agar aggregator 5 time se kam baar change hua hai to agents SMA ko Care option se khud se complaint raise karne ke liye bolege.

Care se agar SMA khud se complaint raise  karta hai to 1.5hr ka time lagega aggregator change hone main, Agar SMA khud se complaint raise nhi kar pa raha hai to Agent complaint raise karege or 3 hr ka TAT dege.
