BBPS – (CCF) CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE FEE

Customer Convenience fee (CCF) in BBPS :-

As per NPCI guidelines,every Collection Operation Unit (cou) can charge customer Convenience Fees (CCF) for each transaction as per standards specified by NPCI.

Note: In case SMA is not allowing the CCF in BBPS he will not get commission. Commission is only applicable when SMA enables CCF in every transactions other wise he will get cash back as per offer of the month
