Q 1. What is Aadhar pay ?
Ans. Aadhar pay ek service hai jiske through ek SMA apne customer ka aadhar card se amount withdraw kar sakta hai.
Q 3. Aadhar pay service ka amount settle karne ke liye kitne option hai ?
Ans. Aadhaar Pay amount ko SMA apne wallet and account me settle kar sakta hai.
Note :- In account settlement TAT: – 24 Hours
In Wallet settlement TAT: – Instant
Q 4. SMA Aadhar Pay ki transaction settlement ko kaise change kar sakta hai
Ans. 1. Open “Aadhar Pay” Option.
2. Click “Change bank account”
3. Then SMA ko option show honge amount “In wallet” or “In account”
Note: – 1. SMA is option ko month ke through month me only two times hi change kar sakta hai.
2. Agar Aadhar pay ka paisa wallet me aa gya hai to vah amount move to bank nhi hota hai.
Q 4. Aadhar Pay se transaction par kitna charge lagta hai ?
Ans. Aadhar pay se per transaction par 0.25 % + 18 % GST ( Min – 0.35 Paise )
Q 5. Aadhar Pay se per day kitni transaction ho sakti hai ?
Ans. 5 Transaction per aadhar per day |
Note 1 :- “Standard limits for this product are 5 txns per aadhar card per day with per txn size of Rs 10K. apart of this, if the transaction shows Limit error, the customer needs to call the call center of their bank and check on the limits”.
Note :- 1)Agent will check the primary account of move to bank of same day when aadhar pay settlement has been done
2)Agent will also check the bank statement with primary account
3)No one will ask for SM number only chek the transaction Id

Q 4. SMA ki Transaction Successful ho gyi hai lekin customer ke bank account me amount credit nhi hua |
Agent :- adhikari ji aapko batana chahenge ki aapko apna account check karna hai agar apka amount apke account me deposit nhi hua hai to aapse request hai ki aap apne bank ki updated bank statement ya fir updated bank passbook hame hamare whatsapp chat support ya fir mail par share kar dijiye dhanywad
Q 4. Aadhar pay ki service New Id me enable kaise hogi ?
Ans. Aadhar pay ki service ko use karne ke liye SMA ko
1. Three month ka wait karna hoga
2. Three month me 2 Month ki Aeps transaction honi chahiye
3. YBL E-KYC complete honi chhaiye
If SMA is called in Out TAT

Statement receive hone ke baad tagging :-
