Credential change – Mobile Number Change (Self Process)
Procedure :
Step 1: Login B2B Portal and go to Account > Agent Profile,
Step 2: Click on “Update” & an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 3: Enter OTP sent to registered mobile number and click on “Next”,
Step 4: Enter New Mobile Number and PAN Number and click on “Submit”,
Step 5: Enter OTP sent to the new mobile number and click on “Next”.
Important Note : After completing above process, your new mobile number will be updated successfully and your agent ID will be logged out.
In case, you don’t have your old/registered mobile number for receiving OTP, then you may share your request for mobile number change from your registered email ID to customercare@spicemoney.com for further process.
1.Self number change process is only applicable for SMA whose IRCTC service is not active.
2.If the IRCTC service is active then self care option will not be provided and redirect the Adhikari to email at customercare@spicemoney.com.
3.Also this is applicable when SMA has old number available
