Solution :-

Step 1 : SMA ki ID ko YBL Active-Inactive sheet me check karna hai  

Agar ID sheet main hai :-  ID ke age jo status likha hua hai usi remarks ko dekh kara age ka process follow karna hai

Agar ID sheet me active hai: – SMA ki ID supervisor ko share karni hai or on call hi SMA ka aggregator change karna hai fir SMA se same call par hi confirm karna hai

Agar id sheet me inactive hain to – YBL bank ko activate karne ki request leni hai aur SMA ko 3 working days ka TAT dena hain.

Agar ID sheet me nhi hai: – SMA ki ID ko  Negative pin code list main check karo , agar id available hain to YBL pe Adhikari transact nahi kar sakta. Excel name : YBL AEPS & Aadhaar negative pincode

Step 2 : agar negative pin code nahi hain to – iss id ka YBL E-KYC status check karein- agar YBL E-KYC nhi hui to SMA ko YBL E-KYC karne ke liye guide karna hai.

Step 3 : Agar YBL EKYC huee hain to ID ko Soft Blocking sheet Bank end and Spice End dono me check karna hai.

Step 4 : Agar SMA ki ID Soft Blocking me hai to SMA ko Soft Blocking ka process KB main se dekh kar guide karna hai.

Step 5 : Agar SMA ki ID Soft Blocking sheets main check  karna hai agar ID soft block me available hai to soft blocking ka process follow karna hai

Agar id Terminated hain to – SMA YBL par ab transaction nhi kar sakta hai aur Yes bank bhi activate nhi ho sakta hai.

Step 7 :- Sabse pahle sheet – “NSDL Inactive by NPCI “ main ID check karni hai – Agar id iss sheet mai hain to SMA nsdl par transaction nhi kar sakta hai.

To agar YBL main error aaya and YBL pe Issue  hain aur NSDL main bhi  Hain  to dono banks pe kaam nahi kar sakta hain abhee ke liye.

Step 8 :- Agar SMA ki id “NSDL Inactive by NPCI” sheet main nhi hai to id ko “NSDL inactive list” Sheet check karna hai – agar Adhikari id iss list main hain to seedha id activation request log karnee hain . agar ID is list me nahi hain to step 10 follow karna haiTagging for ID Activation :-

Step 10 : NSDL onboarding sheet main check karo agar iss sheet main id available hain to aggregatoir change karne ke liye SMA ki ID supervisor ko deni hai or on call aggregator change karana hai aur aggregator change karne ke baad on SMA se transaction kara ke check karna hai.
