Unblocking Process :-
We will follow the below process for Id Activation
1-We need to check the CPV status in B2B Portal.
2- If CPV status is Pending/NA in B2B then ask the SMA to connect with Sales person and get the CPV done.
3- If CPV status is approved in B2B then our Team will send an email to state head for approval of ID activation.
4- If State Head will approve the same then ID will be unblocked
5-If State Head will not approve the same then we will refuse and say ID can not be active due to Fraudulent Transaction
