Suspend – Location Error

       Location error kab or kyu aata hai :-  SMA jab apni CPV location se 5 ya 20 kilometer ki area ke bahar se transaction karta hai to SMA ko location issue face hota hai.

1) Need to check CPV status on B2B portal

2) Agar SMA ki CPV pending/NA hai tp SMA ko guide karna hai ki apne distributor/DSM/BSM se contact karke CPV complete karna hoga.

3)Agar CPV completed hai- Agent ko call ko L2 par transfer karna hai

4) Agar SMA ki ID 2021 se pahle ki created hai to SMA ko uske distributor se contact karne ke liye guide karna hai distributor ko SMA ki Re-CPV karni hogi.

5) Agar SMA ki ID 2021 ke baad ki hai to SMA ko guide karna hai sir abhi Re-CPV nhi ho sakti hai jaise hi Re-CPV available hogi aap transaction kar payenge.
