
Suspend – Complaint Received from bank
Reason – SMA ki ID par bank ki taraf se koi complaint jaise ki fraudulent transaction/activity ke karan complaint received hone ke karan SMA ki ID suspend kar di gyi hai.
Script :- Adhikari ji, apko batana chahte hai ki apki B2B id par bank se complaint received hone ke karan aapki id suspend kar di gyi hai |
Procedure :-
SMA ko customercare@spicemoney.com par email karne ke liye guide karna hai or SMA ko 7 working days ka TAT share karna hai.

Backend Process :-
- Email desk par email receive hone ke baad SMA ki email TL desk par forward hogi.
- TL desk complaint ki details ( Transaction Details, Declaration letter ) again email desk par share karega or email team SMA ko share karegi.
- SMA ko declaration letter par transaction details fill karke or customer ke aadhar card par ek declaration likh kar email team ko share karega. Note: – aadhar card ke starting ke 8 digits hide hone chahiye
- Email team documents TL desk ko share karegi.
- TL desk email ko Nodal Team ke saath share karega
- Nodal desk bank se confirmation ( Approval ) lekar email ko TL desk ko forward kar degi with spice bank account details
Note :- SMA ke paas 7 days ka time hota hai apni complaint ke documents submit karane ka agar yah TAT over ho jata hai to bank Spice Money se charge leta hai or SMA ko jitne ki complaint hai utna amount pay karna hota hai - Email team SMA ko details share karegi.
- SMA payment ko diye gaye account me deposit karne ki slip share karega customer care email par.
- Email team again payment slip ki details TL desk par forward karegi
- TL desk slip and State head ka ID unblock ka approval nodal ko share karegi aur nodal finance team se payment check karayegi aur TL desk par confirm karegi.
- Nodal request raise karne ke baad SMA ki ID ko activate kar degi
Note :- agar adhikari apne suspicious transaction ke baare me janna chahta haii to usko hamari customercare@spicemoney.com par mail karna hoga apni ragistered mail id se aage ki saari jankaari usko mail par hi provide ki jayegi.
Agar SMA ka account freeze ho gya hai
Solution :- SMA ko bank account details ke saath customercare@spicemoney.com par email karne ke liye guide karna hai.
Backend Process :-
- Email team email ko TL desk par forward karegi.
- TL desk email ko Nodal desk ko share karegi.
- Nodal Email par followup lekar case close karayegi
