Question :- What is a Biometric Device?

1.A biometric device is a security identification and authentication device. Such devices use automated methods of verifying or recognizing the identity of a living person based on a physiological or behavioral characteristic.

2.These characteristics include fingerprints, facial images, iris and voice recognition.

3.Mantra and Morpho are two biometric devices that are mostly used by the Adhikari.

4.To use mantra the Adhikari needs to installed RD services on his mobile phone/Desktop.

SMA Morpho device outside se purchase karege abhi spice money ke end se wo provide nhi kia ja raha hai but wo hamare pass call karega device whitelist karne ke liye Morpho device every year whitelist karna hota hai, agar SMA bolte hai ki unko apni device whitelist karni hai to sabse phele agents unse confirm karege wo first time whitelist kar rhe hai ya iss se phele kia tha agar SMA bolte hai ki unhone new device li hai or 1st time kar rhe hai to agent ek complaint raise karege or agar SMA bolte hai last time kiya tha to puchege last time kaha se kia tha agar wo bolte hai spice se hi to agant direct complaint raise kar dege or agar bolte hai ouside se kiya tha last time to SMA ko guide karege kindly aap outside se hi whitelist karaiye.

 Agar SMA ke Morpho device ka serial number nhi hai aur SMA apna device Whitelist karna chahta hai 

1. If SMA mobile me use kar rahe hai :- SMA ko device ko phone se remove karna hai then RD service service app ko open karne ke baad device ko attach karna hai then SMA ko ( i ) ke icon par click karna hai waha uske device ki details show kar jayegi

2. If SMA system me use karta hai :- SMA ki call technical team ko transfer karni hai

Agar SMA ka amount debit ho gya hai  to agent sabse phele check karenge ki kis date pe amount debit huaa hai agar amount debit hone ke baad 3-4 working days ka time bhi over ho gya ho to fir again complaint raise karege.

                                                      How to check whitelist validity of morpho device

Agent sabse phele google pe Rd service online likhega uske baad jo first URL aayega usme click karega then check validity ka option aayega usme click karenge then device serial no. enter karenge to wha status dikh jayega Morpho Device ka.
