Solution :-  Agnet need to be check sabse phele agents us transection ki details B2B portal main check karenge or agar transection status failed ya unknown dikhta hai to sabse phele discerption check karege kis reason se failed hua hai agar failed ka reason kuch aisa dikhta hai jisme paisa nhi deduct ho sakta to SMA ko bolege ki is reason se failed hua hai and is case main paisa nhi deduct ho sakte agar SMA bolte hai ki amount deduct hua hai unhone already check kar lia hai then agent SMA ko care se complaint raise karne ke liye Guide karenge or T+7working days ka TAT dege itne time main paisa customer ke account main wapas ho jayega Agar SMA khud se complaint raise nhi kar pata hai to agents fir khud se ameyo main complaint raise karenge AEPS transaction Status is Failed in TAT main.
