Guide SMA to take OTP based refund. In Mobile Application: DMT 2.0> Enter customer number> Eligible for refund> Claim refund> Enter OTP> submit OTP Refund will generate.

Guide SMA to take OTP based refund. In Mobile Application: DMT 2.0> Enter customer number> Eligible for refund> Claim refund> Enter OTP> submit OTP Refund will generate.
DMT transaction is unknown and amount debited from wallet.
Agent SMA ko T + 3 Working days ka TAT share karega transaction ka status clear hone me1. Agar Transaction sucess ho jaati hai to amount customer ke account me settle ho jayega2. Agar transaction failed hoti hai to SMA ko uska b2b main se OTP based refund lena hoga.
Customer OTP nhi de raha hai ya fir customer ke mobile par OTP prapt nhi ho raha hai ya fir customer ka mobile number band ya fir kho gaya hai.
SMA ko hamari mail customercare@spicemoeny.com par apne concern ke saath mail karna hoga jab uski mail hamare paas aa jayegi to hamare through SMA ko Indemnity bond format diya jayega jisko fill karne ke baad SMA ko usi cc mail par reply karna hoga aur format share karna hoga.
DMT transaction is succesful hai lekin amount wrong account main transfer ho gya hai jahan both account me 1-2 number ka difference ya fir both account number totally different haiNiche likhi script follow karen :-
1. hum aapka concern bank account ko lien/chargeback karane ke liye share kar denge.2. Agar wrong bank account holder ne consent nhi diya ya fir bank ne response nhi diya to Adhikari ji, hum apko guarantee nhi de sakte hai ki amount apka refund hoga ya nhi.
3. Iske saath saath aap apni bank account me jakar waha se chargeback raise kar sakte hai.
Priye Adhikari ji, iss issue main hum yeh sab karenge, lekin aapko bata dena chahte hain ke ye amount wapas aane ke koi guaratenee nahi hain.
Note :- Agar SMA kahte hai ki mujhe aapke through call par bola gaya tha ki mera paise correct account me transfer ho jayega to call ko L2 par transfer karna hai aur L2 advisor supervisor ko inform karega.
