DMT – OTP based refund

Procedure :

DMT ki Transaction Unknown ya pending show hoti hai :-

Agent o adhikari ko T+3 working days ka TAT share karna hai. script :- adhikari ji apko batana chahenge ki aapko transaction plus 3 working days ka wait karna hoga agra 3 working days me transaction success hoti hai to customer ke bank account me amount deposit ho jayega.

Agar transaction failed ho jaati hai to SMA ka amount sender wallet me add ho jata hai aur us amount ka refund lene ke liye SMA ko customer ka OTP based refund lena hoga 

Step 1: Login B2B Portal and select DMT 2.O

Step 2: Spice Money DMT page will be opened and then select the eligible for refund.

Step 3: Then enter sender mobile number.

Step 4: Transaction details will be displayed then select the refund option.

An OTP will be received on sender mobile number, enter OTP and amount will be refunded into SMA wallet.

Agar sender ka mobile no. loss ho jata hai to SMA ko transection ki sari details hamari customer care E-mail id par sent karni hoti hai (customercare@spicemoney.com). uske aage ka process :- 

Yah Case hame TechOPS  ko raise karna hai  —– Tech OPS team se hamare paas ek Bond ka format share hoga —– Bond format ko adhikari ke paas share karenge  —– Adhikari us bond ko Stamp Paper par share karega  —– Hamare through us Stamp paper ko devidas and team ko share kara jayega —– devidas usi bond ko hame spice money ke latter head par share karege   —–  jiske baad hum  TechOps ko again raise karenge —– TechOPS Bank ko share karega —- our bank se SMA ko refund ho jayega
