ID Block Reason :- Yah ID Distributor dwara suspend kar di jaati hai
Script :- Adhikari ji, aapko batana chahenge ki aapki id apke distributor ke dwara suspend kar di gyi hai aapse anurodh hai ki aap apni id ko activate karane ke liye apne distributor se contact karen.
Agar SMA ka distributor call receive nhi kar raha hai
Agent resolution :- Agnet tagging karenge distributor not helping main aur tat Share karenge 3 working days ka
Procedure :
- Ask the adhikari to call the distributer and unblock the SMA ID
- If Adhikari agrees to contact distributer tag the call under “Tagging to be discussed”
- If Distributer is not picking up call and not giving any solution/Distributer is responding by not solving issue
- Log a complain in Ameyo under the tagging “Distrubuter not helping”
- Share TAT of 3 working days and last 5 digits complaint number with Adhikari
