MATM – How to Order & Track

- All devices purchase request are available on portal
- If in case any sma/distributor is not getting option for any device in inventory module option which means that product is either not available in stock or already purchased by the same SMA(or same device is already active on same SMA id).
- SMA can not order same device if one device is already active on his id, once the serial number of available device gets deactivated then he can purchases another one
- SMA kit is only available for SMA, distributor can not purchases the kit
